He has been a member of Lighthouse since 2003. He has been working with children in the 2's and 3's ministry ever since. Gary was a leader of Ignite - a ministry geared for 20 to 30 somethings. He has done several outreaches and has served at NYSUM. He has also participated in a 12 month long men's mentor group. Gary owns and operates a local welding and machine shop. His wife, Andrea, has also been a long time member of Lighthouse and has served along side Gary in several ministries. They have two children, Austin and Aleah and reside in North Rose, NY. Now, as Children's Pastor, her vision is that kids will be transformed in a safe place where they feel loved, are actively involved, and have fun while receiving creative, relevant teaching of the Bible and apply it to their daily lives. She is so glad that she is able to serve the children and the children's workers. To Jen, it is a calling and not a job. In her free time, Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys photography, scrapbooking, and travel. Some of her favorite places are Brazil, North Carolina, and the Adirondacks. Chris has served as Sr. Pastor of Lighthouse Community Fellowship in South Butler, NY since 1988 and has watched the church grow from 35 to over 350 in Sunday morning attendance. Because of his heart for leadership, Chris has been instrumental in facilitating conferences here in the central NY region for such leaders as John Maxwell, Bill Hybels, and Jack Hayford. Second only to his own church, Chris has a tremendous love for pastors and their ministries and endeavors to be a resource that encourages leaders in the body of Christ to become all they can be in the will of God. Carol Ball is also a graduate of Elim Bible Institute and is Sr. Pastor of Lighthouse Community Fellowship. In this role she preaches, teaches, and leads worship. She has also spoken and ministered prophetically in conferences, both nationally and internationally. Carol currently serves as the WILLOW Area Representative for the Syracuse Area and as the WILLOW Regional Representative for the central NY region. Carol flows in worship and prophetic ministry and brings a message of purpose and destiny to God's people. She has a burden to see them, particularly women, come into a deeper devotion to Christ and to fulfill their God-ordained purposes and callings as they walk in the fullness of His Kingdom. Chris and Carol have ministered together in marriage retreats and leadership retreats in both the United States and around the world.
